The Murder of Meredith

November 1st, 2022 marks the 15th anniversary of the day British student Meredith Kercher’s young life was tragically cut short. Meredith’s story has since been lost in the shadows of a media frenzy of global fascination, dizzying twists and turns, and speculation. Meredith was brutally murdered in the university town of Perugia, Italy. While her flatmate, Amanda Knox, has become infamous and the exact involvement of the other people accused of her murder - Rudy Guede and Raffaele Sollecito - is still much debated, it’s been easy to overlook the 21-year-old victim at the centre of the crime: Meredith Kercher.
