S01E02 Pennsylvania, 1981. A 15 year-old girl is raped and killed. Lewis Jim Fogle, newly-wed and just having a baby, gets arrested 5 years later in the wake of a late and astonishing denunciation. Karen Thompson, lawyer at “The Innocence Project”, still does not understand how such an accusation has been taken seriously. With Dara, her young intern, a student in law, they throw themselves into retrieving the DNA proof that could prove him innocent. After 34 years of incarceration, the result of these DNA analyses is about to seal Lewis Jim’s destiny. Will he be found innocent and freed at last? Will he ever meet up with his family again?
